Creative Slow Coaching
I work with individuals and groups to help them slow down and connect with their unique creative spirit. I believe everyone should have access to this type of support if they desire it, which is why I offer Pick The Lock sessions on a pay-what-you-can basis.

I also offer packages of Fireside Spirals, which embody my slow coaching approach, featuring a blend of live calls, asynchronous exchanges between sessions, and an ongoing "adventure journal" for exploring and sharing through writing and visual logs. Learn more about it here
The Haven Community
The Haven is an online village for highly sensitive people, deep thinkers, and introverts.

Since 2014, I have facilitated a community where gentle rebels can meet, explore, and create together without judgment, pressure, or the burden of expectation. It’s a space to (re)discover, befriend, and return to who you are beneath the protective layers you may have built up over time while trying to conform to a world that doesn’t always value your natural sensitivity and pace.
